Why do you need this NNPC/Snepco scholarship?
As a student in your second year, I will be surprised if you don’t know what this scholarship will do for you but for you to gain extra insight, I will be telling you some of the things you will stand to gain from this scholarship should you be among the winners.
This NNPC/Snepco scholarship will offer you the sum of N200,000 every year until you are done with your university education. This amount on its own is enough to pay your fees if you are at a public university. You may also have extra cash from there to offset other burdens you may have. When your school fees have been taken care of, you are at liberty to use the other money you have for other personal projects.
If you are in a department that is so demanding, like medicine and surgery, dentistry, law, or engineering, you may need money to meet other personal and academic needs like textbooks, and subscriptions to your YouTube and other channels.
It is also a thing of value to be seen as worthy of scholarship. So it will be on record that you earned the scholarship from NNPC/Snepco, including other mentorship programs that may be organized for you. You can freely network with other winners of the scholarship. This is why it is very rewarding to earn this scholarship beyond just the monetary drive.
