JAMB score: 140+

Candidates for this post-UTME exam are to ensure that they scored a minimum of 140 in the last exam as those that score below will not be eligible to sit for the exam.

SSCE QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates are to ensure that they have a minimum of 5 credits including English and Mathematics in their O-Level results.

Direct entry

To be qualified for admission through direct entry, one will need to possess advanced-level certification. This advanced level certification can include HND and first-degree in other departments.

Note: Candidates who did not select K.O. Mbadiwe University (KOMU) as their first choice in the JAMB-UTME but scored a minimum of 140 can apply to KOMU. However, they must change their institution of first choice to KOMU on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) to be considered for admission.

How to register for KOMU post-utme 2024

The procedure for registration is online. The various steps you need to take have been highlighted. To register, follow these steps:

  • Visit the University website http://www.komu.edu.ng
  • Click on “Online Application”
  • Click on “Apply online” and read the instructions
  • Click on, “Click here to Apply”
  • Click on “Start your Admission Process”
  • Click on “Start Application Process”
  • Fill out the form completely and correctly
  • Click on “Submit”
  • You will be directed to pay the post-UTME/Direct Entry application fee of ₦2000 (Two Thousand Naira) Only.
  • On the Remita Portal, an interface will be displayed containing your Name, Phone Number, email, Reference Number (RRR), and the amount you want to pay. If the details displayed are correct, click “Submit”.
  • Remita offers several payment methods/channels, including card payment, bank transfer, USSD, bank invoice, Remita wallet, and phone number payment. Select your preferred method and follow the prompts to complete the payment.
  • Print the Acknowledgement slip, which is also sent to your email.
  • Bring your Acknowledgement slip to the University on the post-UTME screening day.
